avr32: Delete mostly unused header asm/intc.h
Move the only thing that was actually implemented and used in asm/intc.h, intc_get_pending(), into asm/irq.h and delete asm/intc.h Signed-off-by: Haavard Skinnemoen <hskinnemoen@atmel.com>
