s390: get rid of MACHINE_HAS_PFMF and MACHINE_HAS_HPAGE

Both MACHINE_HAS_PFMF and MACHINE_HAS_HPAGE are just an alias for
MACHINE_HAS_EDAT1. So simply use MACHINE_HAS_EDAT1 instead.
