ARM: exynos_defconfig: Enable NLS_UTF8 and some crypto algorithms

Browse Source 
Enable useful, but not essential components:
 - NLS_UTF8, it might be used for accessing Microsoft-FS based storages,
 - popular crypto algorithms and transformations as modules.
