Merge branches 'pm-pci' and 'pm-cpuidle'

* pm-pci:
  PCI / PM: Avoid resuming PCI devices during system suspend

* pm-cpuidle:
  drivers: cpuidle: Don't initialize big.LITTLE driver if MCPM is unavailable
