KVM: VMX: require virtual NMI support
Virtual NMIs are only missing in Prescott and Yonah chips. Both are obsolete for virtualization usage---Yonah is 32-bit only even---so drop vNMI emulation. Signed-off-by: Paolo Bonzini <pbonzini@redhat.com>
