[CRYPTO] tcrypt: Add test vectors for RIPEMD-256 and RIPEMD-320

This patch adds test vectors for RIPEMD-256 and
RIPEMD-320 hash algorithms.

The test vectors are taken from
<http://homes.esat.kuleuven.be/~bosselae/ripemd160.html>
