tools/bootconfig: Support per-group/all event enabling option

Add group or all event enabling syntax support to bconf2ftrace.sh.
User can pass a bootconfig file which includes

ftrace[.instance.INSTANCE].event.enable

    and

ftrace[.instance.INSTANCE].event.GROUP.enable

correctly.
