ARM: OMAP: Split fb.c to remove last remaining cpu_is_omap usage Looks like we missed plat-omap/fb.c for cpu_is_omap usage mach-omap2. This is the last user of cpu_is_omap, so let's quickly fix it up so we can finally remove plat/cpu.h for omap2lus. We want to limit cpu_is_omap macro usage to mach-omap2 only so we can make plat/cpu.h private. After this we can finally drop plat/cpu.h for omap2+. OMAP2/3/4 core: create omap_device layer The omap_device code provides a mapping of omap_hwmod structures into the platform_device system, and includes some details on external (board-level) integration. This allows drivers to enable, idle, and shutdown on-chip device resources, including clocks, regulators, etc. The resources enabled and idled are dependent on the device's maximum wakeup latency constraint (if present). At the moment, omap_device functions are intended to be called from platform_data function pointers. Ideally in the future these functions will be called from either subarchitecture-specific platform_data activate, deactivate functions, or via an custom bus/device type for OMAP. ARM: OMAP: h4 must have blinky leds!! This adds generic support for the "debug board" LEDs used by most of TI's OMAP reference boards, and board-specific support for the H4. It's derived from the not-as-generic stuff used by OMAP1 H2/H3/P2. Those should be able to switch easily to this version, and clean up some of the omap1-specific code. In addition to H4 support, one key improvement is supporting not just the "old" ARM debug LED API (with timer and idle LEDs, plus four that can be handy for kernel debugging), but it also supports the "new" generic LED API (most useful for usermode stuff IMO). Either or both APIs can be enabled.
