V4L/DVB (5599): Use menuconfig objects II - DVB Change Kconfig objects from "menu, config" into "menuconfig" so that the user can disable the whole feature without having to enter the menu first. Also remove one indirection (CONFIG_DVB) that does not seem to be really used inside the kernel. Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

Support Digital Video Broadcasting hardware. Enable this if you
own a DVB adapter and want to use it or if you compile Linux for
a digital SetTopBox.

Remove the static dependency of DVB card drivers on all
frontend modules for all possible card variants. Instead,
allow the card drivers to only load the frontend modules
