Theodore Ts'o 3c203cb683 fgetflags.c, fgetversion.c, fsetflags.c, fsetversion.c: Apply
patch from Brian Bergstrand to support ext2_ioctl() in
	Darwin.  This is implemented via the fsctl system call.
