btrfs-progs: remove random-test.c
The random-test exercises the b-tree operations but hasn't been in use for a long time and we won't probably resurrect it. Also it's the only user of the radix_tree structures, that are otherwise used in the kernel code, it needs the kerne-lib radix-tree implementation. Let's remove it as it's basically dead code.
