audio/avrcp: Add Set Addressed Player support

Support added to handle Set Addressed Player PDU in TG role.
Send EVENT_ADDRESSED_PLAYER_CHANGED on SetAddressedPlayer
SUCCESS and follow procedure to reject all player specific events
currently registered with the player.
